Men’s Fitness & Wellbeing

LADS WY aims to work in partnership with services across WY to ensure men have access to health, fitness and wellbeing. We aim to work with men’s hostels to deliver group and 1-1 sessions both inside and outdoors. Community gym sessions, strength training, group and individual circuits, boot camps, gym in the park, Healthy eating advice and individual plans. We only use fully qualified instructors with up to date first aid training, and due diligence checks are in place; if you would like to work in partnership with LADS, please get in touch. Our packages can include individual support and joint working – all our packages are interchangeable. Some of our packages include supportive conversations and mentoring support.
